Article Types

The Digital Law Asia mission is to utilize the most effective content distribution methods so that our contributors can quickly deliver and readers can easily digest cutting-edge information. As such, Digital Law Asia only publishes shorter blog posts, and will only consider submissions up to 2,000 words (inclusive of endnotes). Digital Law Asia prioritizes pieces that cover (or include significant coverage of) digital law topics. Submissions are accepted year-round.

Submission Requirements

  • Please cite any relevant authorities in endnotes, not footnotes.
  • All citations should conform to the most recent edition of The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation.
  • Submissions must be between 500 - 2,000 words (inclusive of endnotes).

Please submit your manuscript in Microsoft Word format either (1) through Scholastica; or (2) via email to markshope@nycu.edu.tw. Please include a CV/resume or equivalent (like a link to your LinkedIn profile).
